关于带横梁的房间需留意:若床铺正上方存在横梁,易形成“横梁压顶”的情况,可能对运势产生影响。

19. 避免背负过高房贷:若月收入1万元,却承担8000元的月供,即便工作稳定,生活也会过得拮据;若突然失业,可能面临断供风险。
